We called and scheduled an oil change and 4 new tires. An hour into the appointment they said the tires wasn’t there. And we would need to reschedule. I said I still need the oil change. Again I’m left waiting. No one came to tell me anything I had to go ask what was taking so long. Finally a young Hispanic man came and explained that the parts store sent the wrong oil filter . Fine just let me know. I’m sorry I did t get the Hispanic man’s name but he was so polite and explained to me what had happened. I’ve never had to wait 2 hours for an oil change when scheduling told them I was waiting there. Hope my next appointment goes without issues.

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. I don’t normally write reviews this long, but the team at Firestone earned every single word. I drove over 3 hours from Rockford to Decatur for work, and on the drive down my brakes completely locked up. It was one of the most terrifying experiences I’ve ever had behind the wheel. My car had been having brake issues for a while, but nothing even remotely close to what happened that morning. I genuinely don’t know what could have happened if it had gotten any worse. I dropped my car off Tuesday evening and asked them to run an ABS diagnostic. By Wednesday they had diagnosed the brake vacuum pump, but what everyone thought would be a straightforward repair quickly turned into something much bigger. As they began taking everything apart, one issue led to another. It became a major repair, and every time they solved one problem, another one appeared. This is where Tyrone, Ryan, Chase, James, and the entire crew absolutely blew me away. Instead of taking shortcuts or giving up when things became difficult, they tackled every obstacle head-on. Very unsatisfied. Online the tires said an out the door price which was different than what I paid in store. Then it took over an hour to do an oil change on my car. No they were not busy. Which was way over priced. My washer fluid was not filled up so not sure why it took an hour to do. Plus we were never asked if we wanted road hazard protection on the tires. I do not recommend this place.

I wish they’re was a rating lower then one star, they are con artist do not come here. I came for a wheel alignment wich resulted to them charging for a 10 inspection then after they give me a list of repairs with an estimate so to my understanding they were doing suspension work. I dropped the car off at 7:30 am and it was not ready till 6pm. When arriving to pick up the vehicle they only changed my caliber and tires without asking. So nothing was accomplished when I pulled off with my two children in the car was loud and bumpy I stopped in the middle of the busy street to realize my lugs came out of my tire they gave me a 100 discount I drove to Chicago for funeral and the ride was so dangerous the car was pulling me into other lanes and now the new tires they put on are bald because they refuse to do what I ask. The manager Scott tells me he will replace the tires then the next day not come in and tells Tyrone to tell me he’s not replacing my tires till I get a racket pion and control arms estimating out to 2,700 dollars so please don’t go here they will take your money and your parts because they tried to take my tire rod I just had got put on by a proffesional they tried to co
